Not quite right? You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item with tags attached for a full refund.
How to return
- Email hello@auraclo.store with your order number and the items you're returning.
- We'll send you a returns label within 24 hours.
- Drop the parcel at your nearest drop-off point.
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of your return arriving with us and go back to your original payment method.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, swimwear and bodysuits can only be returned with the hygiene strip intact.
- Sale items can be returned for store credit.
